Mandate:
EARN has no budget and it receives no funding. It is simply an Employment and Training Information Sharing Network
Members:
EARN is comprised of a widely diverse mix of agencies, programs and services encompassing the public, private and the not for profit sectors EARN currently has over 160 members, representing over 70 community organizations and resources.
Meetings:
EARN meetings are normally the last Tuesday of each month, from 9:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
Meetings are normally hosted at the Dundas Municipal Services Centre, 60 Main Street Dundas and chaired by Ken Walker.
Meetings are also occasionally rotated throughout the community to allow EARN members to showcase their programs and services
Member organizations volunteer to "host" meetings; this means they take turns to provide the coffee / juice / muffins for the meetings to ensure that the volunteer chairperson is not financially responsible for these expenses
Members are personally responsible for submitting their programs and services updates to the Chair, Ken Walker, by the Friday before each meeting to ensure they are posted on this website in advance of the meeting
Submissions should include all internet links and appropriate email / phone contacts for individual follow-up
Members are responsible for bringing their own marketing materials and taking their own minutes at the meetings
